In order to be able to successfully implement and effectuate a strategy, it is important to build understanding among your colleague managers and to inspire your employees. To do so it requires to adopt and use different styles of working next to what you are used to when you operate as a subject matter expert.
In the course of time you will acquire all kinds of bits and pieces of training to sharpen up your leadership and projectmanagement skills, etc. But how to integrate this into a streamlined entity in daily business? That is where I assist you. Side-by-side. Why am I good at this? Been there done that. Learn the hard way, adjust, experiment and continue. what characterizes me
Growth, persistance, learning, having fun together. Establish results together. Interactions fuel me with energy. Interactions between content, people, the whole. Combined together it will connect everything with eachother resulting in achievements you were not aware to be capable of. Many perspectives forging into a common one.
Sometimes I take a clear stand and I chose the leading role, sometimes I chose the coaching and facilitating role in service of the whole. Meanwhile I am also the analytical scientist, the result oriented engineer who likes to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. Clarity, creating structure and accelaration. My talent is to design with an eye to the future and at the same time acting in the moment.

Starting from my academic bioprocesstechnology education I traveled via fundamental scientific research in immunology to more management oriented roles. The helikopter view fits me like a glove. I lead large projects with multiple teams. Ranging from education, healthcare to (medical) technological and international working environments. Always with a diversity of experts and the challenge to bring together these different types of personalities and achieve results together. Building functional cascades out of groups of people, projects and operating workflows is my core business and what drives me.
